Sega’s solution for SOPA to concerned customer ![]() In what can only be considered a “WTF” moment, Sega sent an automated response to a concerned customer about SOPA. “Generally these issues are caused by bad installs or junk data that’s stuck in the system’s memory,” read Sega’s reply. “The first suggestion would be to perform a hard reset on the device. It’s best to attempt this any time you experience performance problems with your device or have an app crash. If that doesn’t work, it’s suggested you uninstall the app, perform a hard reset, reinstall and then perform one more hard reset before launching the game. “If you’re [sic] problems continue, please let us know.” Ok… so we have to perform a hard reset on the US Government and that should keep SOPA from going through. Now, how do we do that? Obviously, this response should have never been sent in the first place. And Sega has posted a hilarious video apology in response. Sources: SHARE AND COMMENT |
